Cancellation Policy
- Orders are processed for shipment quickly after being placed.
- Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of payment.
- After 3 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
Return and Refund Policy
No Returns or Refunds
- All sales are final.
- Jaya Select does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.
Exceptions
Wrong Product
- If you receive the wrong product, you may request a refund to your original payment method within 6 weeks of purchase.
- Claims made after 6 weeks will not be eligible for a refund.
Lost Package
- If your package is lost during shipment, notify us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
- If the package cannot be located, you may request a replacement order free of charge.
- Refunds are not available for lost packages.
- If you do not notify us within 4 weeks of the package being lost, we will be unable to compensate for the loss.
