Cancellation Policy

Once you place your order, your package will be prepared for shipment very quickly.

Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours after payment.

After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accepted.
Return and Refund Policy

Jaya Select does not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders once they are placed.

Exceptions:

Wrong Product: If you received the wrong product, you may request a refund to your original payment method within 6 weeks of the purchase date. Claims made after 6 weeks will not be eligible for a refund.

Lost Package: If your package was lost during shipment, notify us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier:

If the package cannot be located at the end of the investigation, you may request a replacement order free of charge.

Please note: Refunds are not available for lost packages.

If you do not notify us within 4 weeks of the package being lost, we will be unable to compensate for the loss.
