At Jaya Select, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. To maintain clarity and efficiency, we have established the following policy:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Once you place your order, your package will be prepared for shipment very quickly.

  2. Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours after payment.

  3. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. No Returns or Refunds:

    • Jaya Select does not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders once they are placed.

    • All sales are final.

  2. Exceptions:

    • Wrong Product: If you received the wrong product, you may request a refund to your original payment method within 6 weeks of the purchase date. Claims made after 6 weeks will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Lost Package: If your package was lost during shipment, notify us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier:

      • If the package cannot be located at the end of the investigation, you may request a replacement order free of charge.

      • Please note: Refunds are not available for lost packages.

      • If you do not notify us within 4 weeks of the package being lost, we will be unable to compensate for the loss.

    • Other Issues: Your satisfaction is our priority. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
